Our mission statement at Parker Bay states our obligation to assist our community. In 1997 Parker Bay developed a program to assist our employees in meeting that commitment. We developed and implemented the CommunityServe Program. This program, which is a condition of employment at Parker Bay, requires every Employee to take a one-week paid Leave of Absence every two years to perform Community Service at the non-profit agency of their choice. Since that time, Employees have volunteered at a Homeless Shelter, Roswell Park Cancer Institute, and Habitat for Humanity. Recently we have teamed up with the United Way to expand the Program.
