October 2007 METAL CONTAINER CORPORATION RETAINS PBE FOR ANALYTICAL SERVICES
Metal Container Corporation has retained PBE to conduct a dynamic analysis of existing foundations in order to determine the potential causes of anchor related problems. In addition, PBE will design the necessary repairs and modifications required to improve performance and longevity.
September 2006 GOODRICH LANDING GEAR CHOOSES PBE
Parker Bay Engineering was chosen by Goodrich Landing Gear in Burlington Canada to provide complete design and construction monitoring services for six new machine centers. Goodrich is one of the world's largest suppliers of Commercial and Private Aircraft landing gear systems. PBE will be responsible for providing all necessary design documentation for the successful completion of the project and will provide on-site construction monitoring during the life of the project to insure that all work is completed in accordance with the design documents.
May 2005 PARKER BAY ENGINEERING AND L.C. WHITFORD CO. SELECTED FOR U.S. NAVY PROJECT
Parker Bay Engineering and L.C. Whitford Company have been selected by DS Technologies to provide complete Design Build services for a new Machining Center at the United States Naval Center in Philadelphia. Work will include the design and installation of new concrete caissons, a new 200 square meter, 1,200 cy foundation, operator platform, and ancillary structures in an existing facility.
June 2004 ANHEUSER-BUSCH RETAINS PARKER BAY ENGINEERING TO PROVIDE PEER REVIEW
Parker Bay Engineering has been retained to provide a Peer Review of a foundation design needed to support a new can manufacturing line in Jacksonville, Florida. This continues the long term relationship PBE has maintained with A-B.
5/30/03 METALSA AWARDS CONTRACT TO PARKER
BAY
Metalsa S.A. de C.V., of Monterrey,
Mexico has chosen Parker Bay to provide complete structural
design services for the modification of several Press
foundations. The purpose of the work is to improve the press
performance and increase the projected life span. Metalsa is a
Tier 1 supplier to the Automotive Industry and makes a wide
variety of fabricated metal products.
5/14/03 TKS CHOOSES PARKER BAY FOR
SULPHUR DIOXIDE SCRUBBER DESIGN
Parker Bay will provide technical design
services to TKS, Buffalo New York, for the design of a Sulphur
Dioxide Scrubber stack. The work will be primarily structural,
with the system design performed by TKS.

CONTRACT TO PARKER BAY
The US Army Corps of Engineers announced
today that Parker Bay Engineering has been chosen to provide
complete Foundation Analysis and Design Services for the new
Transportation Simulation Facility to be located at the Redstone
Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. The facility will include
numerous Test Stands including a variety of Shaker Tables.
Parker Bay will provide a complete, detailed design of the
foundations and will provide Construction monitoring services.
4/14/03 TEKNICS INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS HIRES
PARKER BAY FOR MEXICO PROJECT
Teknics Industrial Systems of Lincoln
Park, New Jersey, has hired Parker Bay Engineering to conduct a
detailed analysis of several existing Punch Press Foundations in
Monterrey, Mexico. The work will include a detailed vibration
study and computer simulation of the foundations. The final
report will provide recommendations for improving the
performance of the foundations and assistance in installation of
an additional press.
3/29/03 PARKER BAY ENGINEERING TO DESIGN
NEW COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS IN NEW JERSEY
Parker Bay Engineering will provide
structural design services for the Hamilton Commons Plaza in New
Jersey. PBE was selected by Lauer Manguso Architects and will
complete the two 40,000 square foot buildings this spring.

Thermal Kinetics Systems Inc. has chosen
Parker Bay Engineering to provide on site support services for
SPI Polyols in Delaware.
2/1/03 LAUER MANGUSO SELECTS PARKER BAY
FOR COMMERCIAL STRIP PLAZA
Lauer-Manguso has chosen Parker Bay
Engineering to design the new A.C. Moore building to be located
in the Boulevard Consumers Square in Amherst, New York. Parker
Bay has designed several additional buildings located within the
plaza. The project is scheduled for completion in July of this
year.
11/18/02 DELTA SONIC CORPORATION CHOOSES
PARKER BAY
PBE has been hired by Delta Sonic
Corporation to design the new Delta Sonic Car wash facility in
Penfield, New York. The new building will house a Car Wash, a
Convenience Store, a Detail Shop, and an Oil Change facility.
PBE has designed numerous facilities for Delta Sonic throughout
New York and Illinois.
10/15/02 FMC CORPORATION RETAINS PARKER
BAY TO DESIGN ACID REACTOR SYSTEM UPGRADE
FMC announced today that Parker Bay has
been chose to provide complete mechanical, electrical, and
structural design services for an upgrade to an existing
Peracetic Reactor facility in Tonawanda, New York. The project,
scheduled for completion in the summer of 2003, includes
extensive work within an existing production facility.
9/14/02 ANHEUSER BUSCH SELECTS PARKER BAY
FOR SEVERAL PROJECTS
Anheuser Busch of St. Louis, MO, has
chosen Parker Bay to provide Engineering services for several
projects throughout North America. These projects will include
work in Wisconsin and Georgia. The projects involve the design
of foundations to support manufacturing equipment necessary to
maintain production at the facilities.
9/07/02 PARKER BAY ENGINEERING TO DESIGN
COMPRESSED AIR FACILITY
Parker Bay will design a new compressed
Air Facility for USX Steel in Loraine, Ohio. The facility, to be
constructed by Quackenbush Company, Inc. will provide compressed
air for the United States Steel plant in Ohio. This is the
fourth such facility Parker Bay has designed in the past two
years.
8/01/02 TKS CHOOSES PARKER BAY TO DESIGN
GELATIN EVAPORATOR
TKS has chosen Parker Bay to provide
Engineering Design support for the design and construction of an
upgrade to a multi-stage Gelatin Evaporation System. The system
will be completed in the summer of 2003.
7/12/02 THERMAL KINETICS SYSTEMS CHOOSES
PARKER BAY FOR ETHYLENE GLYCOL DESIGN
Thermal Kinetics Systems has chosen
Parker Bay to provide Engineering Design support services for a
new Ethylene Glycol Evaporation System for a Fortune 500 Client.
The system, designed by TKS, is a scrap film recovery system.
6/04/02 PBE DESIGNS NEW THREE-STOREY
HOTEL IN CORTLAND NEW YORK
Mussachio Architects has chosen PBE to
provide complete structural engineering services for a three-storey
Hampton Inn in Cortland, New York. The new structure will be
designed in conformance with the new International Building Code
and will be framed entirely with wood. Marc Mussachio,
principal, said “We selected Parker Bay because of their
experience in the design of multi-storey wood structures and
their vast experience in Hotel construction.” The new hotel is
slated for completion in the summer of 2003.
5/28/02 FMC TONAWANDA AWARDS TWO
CONTRACTS TO PARKER BAY
FMC Active Oxidants Division has selected
Parker Bay to provide Engineering Services for two projects at
the Active Oxidants Division in Tonawanda, New York. The
projects include the design of a new Ready Water Tank and the
design of an improved Ventilation System.

DESIGN FOUNDATIO FOR NEW LASER CUTTER
Elkay Manufacturing, located in Broad
View, Illinois, has retained PBE to provide complete structural
design services for a New Trumpf Laser Cutter. PBE will perform
detailed design services including geotechnical analysis as well
as vibration frequency interaction analyses to insure that the
new equipment will no be affected by adjacent stamping presses

OFFICE BUILDINGS
Caley + Company has chosen PBE to provide
complete Structural Engineering services for the design of two
new office buildings/warehouses in the Town of Cheektowaga, New
York. The projects will be designed for Sonwil Distribution
Center, headquartered on Sonwil Drive in Cheektowaga.

PEER REVIEW FOR RHODE ISLAND HOTEL
PBE has been selected to provide a
detailed Peer Review for a new Hampton Inn planned for Rhode
Island. PBE was selected as a direct result of its’ extensive
experience in the design of multi-storey hotels.

PARKER BAY SELECTED TO DESIGN TWO NEW DAYCAREFACILITIES
Parker Bay Engineering has been selected
to design two new Daycare Facilities for Lauer Manguso
Architects. The single storey facilities will house pre-school
children and will be located in suburban Buffalo.

DESIGN THREE HOTELS
PBE has been selected to design three multi-storey hotels in the
Western New York market. Lauer Manguso Architects (LMA), the lead
Design Firm for the projects, selected Parker Bay based upon their
experience with hospitality facilities. James Manguso, Principal
at LMA said “Parker Bay has the experience and knowledge we need
to get these projects done and done right. We have worked with
them for ten years, and we know that they will help keep our
Clients happy.”
Design work has already begun and is anticipated to run through
the end of the year.
1/26/02 PBE TO PERFORM VIBRATION ANALYSIS FOR WATER TREATMENT
PLANT
Siewert Equipment Company has signed a contract with Parker Bay
Engineering to provide a Vibration Frequency Interaction Analysis
for the new Olean Water Treatment Plant currently under
construction in Olean, New York.
Siewert Equipment, one of New York’s leading pump suppliers,
selected PBE to perform the analysis because of their experience
in vibration analysis. The project requires that the buildings
housing the pumps be analyzed to insure that the natural
frequencies of the pumps do not coincide with the frequencies of
the buildings. Failure to stagger the frequencies could result in
substantial damage to the structures, forcing a shutdown of the
plant.
PBE has begun work on the project, and anticipates completion by
spring of this year.
